Kevin Simshauser, Owner of Sims Real Estate, graduated from the University of Arizona and immediately got involved in the real estate industry. Now, with more than a decade of experience in the single family and multifamily sectors and having navigated multiple real estate and economic cycles, Kevin prides himself on bringing a detailed and creative approach to every transaction. Today, Kevin’s focus is on acquiring and developing value-add residential real estate and enhancing the communities and surrounding neighborhoods. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, attending sporting events and is an avid golfer.

Molly Christian has five years of real estate experience with buying and selling residential homes in various markets. Molly graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Grand Canyon University as well as a Master’s Degree from New Mexico State University. Molly previously worked on a two person residential real estate team while specializing in transaction coordination. She has experience working in New Mexico, California, and Arizona. She believes communication and teamwork help everyone achieve a cohesive, successful end goal. Molly’s strengths include strong communication, organizational skills, and efficiency.

Aside from work and real estate Molly loves to spend time with her husband and son. She enjoys sporting events, spending time outdoors, and exploring new restaurants.
